Our services encompass a three phase process and payment plan.This allows clients to "sign-off" with their approval, as we progress through the different phases of development. The first phase is getting to know your wants, desires and needs which starts with the floor plan and house placement. The second phase involves working together to get the design of the exterior just right. The third phase - Construction Phase: Once the concept, the exterior elevations, the house placement and the floor plans have been approved; this is the phase when our concept drawings will be transformed into working construction documents so that the design is buildable. 

 

After the builder or client submits the finalized plan to the local building department and if the building department wants alterations to the plan, we will provide changes or additions to the plan, if applicable. 

 

Should any questions arise during the permit or building process, we are available for continual consultation as needed to help guide you through the process.
